Conbots.de · GSI Labs · Construction Inspection
Conbots deploys drones, humanoid, quadruped and hybrid robots to inspect construction projects across Europe — faster, safer, everywhere.
§ 01 · The Robots
Every jobsite has a different shape — tall, narrow, buried, or spanning open air. We match the robot to the terrain.
01
Aerial units flying above, around and beneath structures — bridges, façades, rooftops.
02
Human-scale platforms navigating stairs, corridors and tight indoor jobsites alongside crews.
03
Four-legged units covering rough terrain, tunnels and uneven ground with steady footing.
04
Combined platforms — e.g. drone-and-quadruped pairs — for multi-perspective inspection in a single pass.
§ 02 · Projects
Our first deployment: a bridge inspection project using trained drones.
01 · The challenge
Bridge decks, undersides and support piers combine hard-to-reach spans that ground crews struggle to access safely — often requiring lane closures or scaffolding just to get a look.
02 · The approach
Trained drones fly above the deck and beneath the span in the same visit, capturing joints, cables, piers and expansion gaps from angles a ground team can’t reach.
03 · Why drones
One platform, multiple perspectives — above, below and alongside — without closing a lane or raising a scaffold.

§ 03 · How We Train
01
Sourced from live construction projects across Germany and Europe — geometry, tolerances, defect patterns.
02
Working with robotics manufacturers to adapt hardware, sensors and behaviour for jobsite conditions.
03
Training and stress-testing inspection models in our labs against real defect scenarios.
04
Deploying trained robots on live inspection projects, then feeding results into the next cycle.
§ 04 · Partners
Working alongside the robotics manufacturers building the machines we deploy on European jobsites.
